I finely got around to see why my outdoor cameras weren’t working and found that the outdoor base station is stuck on a yellow solid light. I tried all of the suggestions in the forum and Wyse site with no luck. Only thing I didn’t try was to manual update the firmware, because it was not available for download.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Is the base station connected to your router via Ethernet or wifi ?
Correct there is no available firmware to download from the release notes anymore, I have no idea why?
Do you know what firmware is on the base now? Did you open the app go to account> firmware updates and tap the base? Did you call support at 206-339-9646. It was a known issue
