Similar to your existing 110v outdoor plug/switch, how about a similar unit for controlling outdoor 12v lighting. Even if I attach regular 2 prong female and male plugs to my 12v wires, I assume your existing Outdoor Plug would not work on a 12v system? This would allow users to control 12v accent lighting with WYZE app.
You could also use a 12v wall brick and a normal Wyze plug, but this would be nicer.
I modified a Wyze indoor plug to run on 12VDC. I have the video clips but haven’t had the time to put the video on youtube yet. It’s pretty easy to do but it’s a bit messy to grind open the casting.
