I’ll have to say that Wyze offers some great items at amazing prices unbeatable. I will also have to say not one order that I’ve placed has gotten to me with in a month. My most recent order that I placed on the 7th is still being processed it’s not a new item that just dropped just a reg order. It’s not because of Covid, this is Wyze weak spot. Thats just my opinion thats all.
What have you ordered that has taken that long? Or the items stuck in pre-shipping or were they shipped and stuck with the delivery service?
