Ordered on May 3rd and still showing “Ready to go” zero activity

Hello wyze fam. I recently ordered the thermometer on May 3rd and I still don’t see any movement or updates. I’ve contacted support and created a ticket yet haven’t gotten an update on the shipment. I know things are rough lately with this virus, but wanted to reach out to the community. Hope you’re all staying safe. :mask:
