Ordered Masks...no tracking, no shipping, no response

Hoping to get someone’s attention here as you are not responding to my support requests. Ordered masks over a month ago. If they were in stock I would assume they were purchasable. When I log into the system it doesn’t state any status on shipping nor tracking. I’ve contacted support and nothing…what give folks? I know things are claimed to be a little slow now but this seems like a complete failure of taking my money and running.

I’ve dealt with a dozen other companies with customer support working from home…heard kids and dogs in the backgrounds but business is still going on and questions are still getting answered.
