Order/no-order and autogenerated email

Hey. I just submitted a discreet email to Wyze about my order/no-order problem when ordering a unit of facemasks.

I received an email which, in part says:

We are also experiencing delays with our carriers and partners. If you are reaching out about the status of your order (or if your order does not show in your account with tracking), please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship and 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. If you have still not received your order after 10 business days, please reply back to this email and let us know.

I ordered my item, my card was charged on 4/21. Nothing marked shipped. Nothing received. The order is currently marked closed.

You are now asking me to cool my jets for another 10 days before I respond?

Just checking to make sure I understand that right. Thanks.
