I have two active cameras. One is perfectly clear throughout the whole picture. The other is clear around the edges. But the middle is not “sharp” … a bit blurry but you can make out the objects. I tried cleaning the lense (we have lots of lens cleaning cloths) to no avail. I ordered another camera to see if it was a hardware thing. I just installed the new camera and have essentially the same issue. Any thiughts? Antine seen the same?
Are you sure you have removed the plastic film that is over the lens for shipping. Sometimes it’s hard to see. If so, can you please post a photo of what the view looks like.
