Open ticket with no response from customer support

Can someone help me get to customer support? I have on open ticket (#817009) from October 14 and still no response from Wyze. My Wyze Cam Outdoor is dead. It died with still 91% battery, so that’s not the problem. I have sent follow up emails to no avail. I need help.

Let the support agent know your current ticket number, they may be able to pick up where you left off.
