Have three locks and have been able to calibrate them with my old phone. New phone, when pressing the calibrate button, kept saying I needed to get closer to the lock, even though it was right next to me. After messaging support it turns out that uninstalling that lock’s gateway then reinstalling it fixed the problem. You will need to add the lock and keypad back in, including your keypad codes.
