One new cam works, other won’t

Hello, I recently bought two cameras from amazon. We tried to set one up for a while with no luck, on my husbands account the other day and then today I made a new account and set up camera #2 with no issues. Went back to camera number 1, and had the same issues we had before. It scans the qR code, and then times out of the connecting screen. The camera voice prompt says ‘cannot connect to local network’ after about 40 seconds, while the screen runs through the whole two minutes then says ‘connection timed out, check current network and try again’ Any suggestions??

Is this only happening on two different phones? Is the one that’s not working definitely connected to the same wifi that you’re trying to set the camera up on?

You might want to go ahead and submit your ticket now as there is somewhat of a backlog. If you end up getting the issue resolved before support contacts you, then you can always let them know that it’s already resolved.

Hi I’m having the same issue with my second Cam and just opened at support ticket. Did anyone ever get a fix for this?

once i submitted my ticket, they sent me this page, which you might have already found, and then after that didn’t work, they are sending me a new camera
