Hi I have a few cameras and one is consistently giving me sound notifications every 5 minutes. I have changed the sensitivity multiple times and it still is doing same thing. Don’t know if it is most recent update or what. I’m running 3.9.3.96 version. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Have you decreased the sound sensitivity to 0, and still getting the notifications? Is there noise in the area of the camera. If not, and if just turning off sound notifications is not the answer, then you’ll probably need to contact support.
Keep in mind that this forum is primarily a user to user community. If you don’t get a helpful reply here, I suggest you file a support request including the log files for more help. You might want to go ahead and submit your ticket now as there is somewhat of a backlog. If you end up getting the issue resolved before support contacts you, then you can always let them know that it’s already resolved.
