Notification Issue and Upload Failure with Logs

I am noticing that my Android Devices are receiving notifications about 5 to 10 seconds later than my iOS device. In addition, at times, my iOS will notify of a person on my driveway and the Android does not. There is definitely a problem with notifications associated to the Android Device.

Part 2 of this, I am trying to submit a log and get “Upload Failure”. This needs to be corrected so I, and others, can submit the supporting logs.

Note: I installed the Android 11 Security Update last night. The log submission may have been related to that as I rebooted the phone twice and now it is working,. I will monitor
