Not able to activate person detection service (grandfathered)

I"m not able to activate my person detection service as it is not listed in my Mobile phone app under “Services”

Make sure that the email that you signed up with on services.Wyze.com is the same that you’d use to sign in to the Wyze app.

Also, what firmware version and app version are you currently using?

I’m having the exact same issue.
App v2.16.23
FW: 4.9.6199
I have two V2 cams that I can’t add person detection to. My screenshots are the same as above. Yes, the email address matches between online and the app. I’ve tried logging out of the app and back in, but the result is the same. Anyone know how to get this going?
