I tried to view playback on Wyze app but I get this error message no video at selected time. I installed the camera on 11 November 2020 but when I tried to view playback on 11 November 2020 I get this error no video at selected time. I have 32 gb sd card. I can only view playback from November 13 to November 16. Is there a fix for it?

I had one v2 cam that did the same thing a few times. I took the mSD card out and formatted the card on my PC and it temporarily fixed the “no recording“ error message. A month later it repeated the same issue.
This Resolved The Issue
Afterwards I started using Samsung High Endurance mSD cards and I haven’t had this error problem since.
I have Sandisk 32 gb.
