No prompt for 'Scan QR Code'

Sorry I did not hear ready to connect. I follow the instructions to a T. I already have two of these cameras so I’ve set them up and they work just fine.

That definitely sounds like a bad unit. A support request is the path to getting it replaced.

On the chance that the camera is basically working but the speaker is just not producing the sound, you could try to scan the QR code anyway and see what happens. If setup works, try the Speak function and possibly confirm that the problem is (only) with the camera’s speaker.
