I needed to cancel by order 006518201-2 as it will not arrive on time for my travel plans. I tried cancelling via my orders in my account it says UNABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AUTOMATICALLY, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT. I tried Ask and it’s all automated and leads me to no where. Tried emailing support@wyze.com and auto replied as unmonitored email. Can’t find any posted phone support. Went to support page and says cancel it via my orders in my account so back in the loop again.
So HOW DO YOU GET ORDER SUPPORT from WYZE?
