The thermostat does not recognize that my HVAC system has a fan. There is no fan option in the controls menu. I have checked and triple checked the install and setup. All wires are in their proper place.
Any suggestions?
Fan is the G wire. When you were setting it up, did you select one of the heat options without a fan?
The G wire is in place. I do not recall setting up the wrong option, but I will try a complete reset.
