No devices listed to my account?

I just logged onto my account and all five of my cameras are gone, has this happened to anyone?
It says there are no devices listed on my account

After 20minutes and logging in a few different times, all of my cameras reappeared…hmmm

It could be use to the service outage.

Just experienced that issue. It’s been more than 20 minutes and still no devices. App won’t let me log out and I get an error 3840. Very weird

Lost all my devices too - keeps saying problem connecting to server plus error code 3840

Exactly same issue with iPhone XR. Multiple log ins, All devices no longer visible. Can still see them on iPad for now. Error code 3840

This is probably a server related issue and not caused by the local application on your device

Me as well, can’t pull up anything, get same error code 3840, I guess just wait and see? Anybody reached out to Wyze support yet?
