Pre-ordered the lights, got a charge on my credit card, but doesn’t show up in my account as ordered. Can’t seem to find anywhere/anyone to contact about it…

I did something similar. I had more than one Wyze account. Maybe you too are currently logged on under one account and the product was ordered under the other?
