My yellow light flashes and then stays on. When I push the button to hear “ready to connect” I never get that prompt. What else can I try?
Click the Support link at the top of this page, then Troubleshooting. As a first step, to plug the camera in and then hold the setup button for 20-30 seconds to force a factory reset.
I tried the factory reset and I get nothing. When I first plug it in i only get 2 yellow blinks and then goes dark…
