I have two cameras, one on my front door and one on the driveway. I signed up for Cam Plus for a year. How do I view what is on the cloud? Is there a way to view cloud on a pc? I use Android.

To view the video clips stored to the cloud, open the Wyze app, tap on the events tab.
Cloud Events are stored on Wyze’s servers and can only be viewed through the Wyze app.
I signed up for Cam Plus for 4 cameras. However, when I try to add the cameras its says I need to shop for cameras. I canceled the person detection and reset the camera. Still can’t get it to work. I emailed support and not response. How do I contact someone at wyze or how do I get a refund? Please help

Is the email you used for Cam Plus the same as your Wyze account(app)? It should be, but you could have created a new account.
If the emails and accounts are the same try logging out and back in.
