Network Timed Out

I get this error a lot when it’s trying to download notification clips. Most of the time I will click on it and get a “Network Timed Out” error. Hitting back and trying again, it usually works the second try 100% of the time. Just annoying, especially if you’re trying to see who’s at the door before they walk away.

Same issue here. Can’t login via the app at home, I can via the web, but I can’t use the cam at all. At work I am able to login via app and the web but i get the CONNECTION TIMED OUT, again and again. I am growing a little frustrated about how picky this cam is, so I am returning it tomorrow.

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support request including log files. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.

same here, on 1 wyze pan and on 5 V2’s, firmware is the latest.
