I have high end Baldwin Locks which have solid brass internal parts. Wyze Lock does not fit this application. I tried to contact Support and was on-line for literally 4-hours with no help. I need a RMA number to return the Wyze Lock and Wyze Keypad. Have submitted multiple emails to support. No help.
I would not recommend Wyze support for their return policy. No good for loyal customers.
