I just redeemed a 3-month Cam Plus Prepaid Gift Certificate. I wanted to assign it to 1 camera for 3 months. However, it looks like it gave me three concurrent 1-month licenses. Can I assign all of these to the same camera to end up with a 3 months license for this one camera?
I would be contacting Customer Service quickly to have that fixed.
Cams can only have 1 license applied at a time. It is not possible to assign another license until the existing one expires or is unassigned.
If you wait for the first month to expire, the other two will be gone at the same time since all 3 one month subs expire together.
The license needs to be pulled and reassigned as a single 3 month sub on your account.
