Need help with remote monitoring of WIZE cam with iPhone

Need help, please.

I used to be able to use my iPhone to monitor my WIZE cam when away from home. It stopped connecting. I have been trying to find the problem and am at the end of my rope. Tried asking people I know who are knowledgeable about such things and none have been able to figure it out.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What is it doing when you try to connect?

Hello Jason, thanks for the reply. The iPhone shows 5 or 6 attempts to connect, then states it is a failure and I should try again. Subsequent attempts give the same results.

I do not use the iOS ecosystem so I am going to tag in some others that do that may be able to help you better. @Mavens

Hey @grayj275, which version of the Wyze app are you on?

You can also go to Settings > App Settings and clear your Cache.

Also, make sure Wyze has access to all options in your iPhones Settings > Wyze. Newer updates re-prompt apps for access to these items to function.
