Hi. I got a new phone so my wyze got disconnected. I’m trying to log in, but it’s asking for authenticator. When I checked my authenticator, my wyze account isn’t linked to it anymore. How do I link it back?
You will have to use your backup code to get back into your account.
Where do I retrieve the backup code?
It was displayed once as part of the MFA. If you didn’t save it, there is no way to retrieve your account. You may want to check your old phone and see if it’s in your authenticator app.
