I have outdoor cams at my mothers home and my home. Added at separate times, so there are two accounts, two cam plus accounts. Is there anyway to combine these so I can view/switch property views with out having to log into accounts separately?

You can “Share” the cameras at your mother’s house to you. That gives you some access to them but you cannot manage them. You could delete them from your mother’s account and add them to yours but then you have to deal with the CamPlus licenses. You’d need to cancel the licenses on your mother’s account (you should get a partial refund for the unused subscription) and then add additional licenses on your account. You could then share the cameras back to your mother.
