Has anyone heard of a fix for the pan and tilt on the muffled sound? After the last firmware update the audio through the app is so low that I have to put my phone to my ear just to make out some kind of sound. I have tried it on several other phones and it is the same. My v2 came are working perfectly. Please help. I have submitted several help tickets but I haven’t got any replies.
This is a known issue , As of now There is no fix yet, Wyze team are working On it .
Yeah a lot of people have submitted tickets… Not sure why it is taking so long for a fix.
Has there been a fix released? Just got two pan cams fro our kids rooms. We can’t use them because the sound barely works.
