We are mounting a WCO on stucco, but the mounting screws don’t look long enough to secure it properly. Suggestions?
Did you use the anchors that came with the screws. Drill a small hole in the stucco, insert the anchor all the way in the hole, insert screw.

The outdoor camera has a universal tripod screw on the bottom. You can use a universal security camera mount and your own stucco screws if @Antonius‘s method doesn’t work.
