I bent a hurricane Plylox to angle the sensor down. Sitting flush still got too many false motion alerts. It’s stuck on the window with tacky puddy right now. I can nail it to the stucco and paint the Plylox to match if this is the permanent placement. The camera is inside looking through the window a few feet to the side of the doors. Seems to be working well.
Nice. Is there an eave above it that protects it from rain? Just curious how it will hold up to weather.
Do you still have your sensor outside? Did you get a lot of false motion alerts despite angling it?
