Monitoring Service Not Working With iPhone's

I have an iPhone and was having trouble with the Monitoring Service. When I selecting Monitoring from the menu I got a response “Table to Load Monitoring Settings”. I called support and they told me it was an issue with iPhones and was told to wait for a new release. I now have Version 2.27.33 (5). Is this problem resolved yet? Need to know so I can restart my service.

2.27.34 was release today around 4PM EDT

I am not sure if the issue you are having is resolved with this as I have not experience it on my iOS device, but there has been a new production release higher than the one you have now.

Are you using a Beta version of the app?
