I bought two v2 cameras about a week ago. Everything has been working great on them except the sound is very very quiet. The only way I can hear anything is to shout at the camera or blow directly into the microphone on both. Is this a hardware issue? Seemed odd I am seeing this on both of my cameras.

I know this is old, but it comes up in the top of my search.
I’ve had good sound on multiple V2 and V3s but recently all of them have very quiet sound. If I can’t find a good other thread, I’ll post a new one. But ya, I have this problem too.
