The notifications on/off toggle, the bell at the top, would make more sense on the left side. Where it is now, it’s too easy to accidently disable all notifications on accident. Also, unless something has changed, when you do disable all notifications by clicking the bell, there isn’t a confirmation that you want to disable them all. A confirmation message or moving to bell to the top left would make it way harder to accidently shut off notifications.
