I updated a Cam 2 to 4.28.4.40 a few weeks back, as it was said that it fixes the RTSP frame drop that was occurring. There was a post somewhere that said, if you’re getting bad RTSP performance, try 4.28.4.40. And it fixed that camera up. Smooth.
I then got a new cam the other day, and updated to the latest firmware - 4.28.4.41
RTSP is very bad again… Dropping frames etc. Same as before 4.28.4.40
I would like to put 4.28.4.40 on my new cam (Downgrade from 4.28.4.41, as it’s not good). But I cannot find a download. I asked support - and they said they don’t support 4.28.4.40 anymore and cannot help.
Has anyone got a way to extract 4.28.4.40 off my working cam? Or have a link to get 4.28.4.40 bin file?
