I am having a problem where my camera will take a long time loading in the app. I have 6 mbps internet and I am wondering if it is a viable option to get a wifi extender for the cameras. Often times the playback on the camera app won’t work at all when I have 4/5 bars of service on sprint LTE. Can someone help me out? Does anyone else have these problems?

What kind of phone stats? My app is running on app version 1.1.55. does this help?
