My lock works perfecly, but shows the cloud with the line through it in the App home screen. What’s going on.
Can you unlock the lock in the app?
If not, try removing the batterys and putting them back in.
I tried those and every other apple app trick I know. It’s just odd that the device shows as off-line, yet it is connected still works, auto-unlock, notifications, locking and unlocking, they all work. I shared the app with someone and they get the same results.
You may have to delete the lock and set it up again. This will reset it.
Yeah Thanks for responding… That was my last resort for the lock, I was hoping to avoid it.
