My wyze lock was working flawlessly then out of the blue it would randomly display disconnected from the wifi network. After opening the lock device from the app it would usually show connected again or after a lil trouble shooting the app cache etc. It was a lil annoying but not a big issue. Now the lock is showing that the door is unlocked & open when it isn’t. I’ve recalibrated the lock several times yet the problem persists. When I open the device in the app it shows locked but on the main screen in the app it shows a status of open /unlocked. I know this si incorrect because I have a door sensor as well as the lock & the sensor is working fine shoungbthe door is closed. Has anyone else experienced this & have suggestions on further trouble shooting?
