After hours trying to setup my second V2 I get this in the live stream. I reset it and try to setup again but don’t have results. Please help me, this mean the cam is broke or something like this.
This really looks like either:
- InfraRed noise.
- Broken sensor
Did you take the protective plastic off the lens? Is it in night mode/day mode/ auto?
Yes I take the plastic off the lens. Is in day mode.
Hello @amdejesus09, this seems to be a broken IR lens, so I would recommend you open a support ticket through the Wyze app and tell them what is happening with this screenshot attached would also help so they can send you out a replacement.
