Issues with changing address on a pre-order

I recently found out I will be moving, so I went to change the address of my Wyze watch, Vacuum, and Home monitoring pre-orders. Only to be told I cannot change the address on the Watch because it is being processed. When they told me that, I figured it would be fine because I was still 2 weeks away from moving.

One week later and it is still processing and hasn’t shipped yet. I am told that I will need to contact the post office so I can find a way to receive it or send it back so I can obtain a refund.

It has been processing for a week and in that time there is no way to sort out the address change? I guess I have learned my lesson on pre-orders from Wyze
