Got a Pan Cam and can’t get added in app. After I connect phone to 2.4 wifi, plug in camera and hold button for 3 seconds I hear “ready to connect”. When I press next I get blank screen. Tried multiple times but no luck. Help

I actually set my phone back to the 5ghz wifi and then I got the QR code to appear and setup was successful. Not sure if directions to set phone on 2.4ghz is still appropriate?
