My question is, has anyone needed to return anything defective and what runaround did you get? I recently bought 2 cam 2 V3. One works perfect, the other won’t stay connected. I’ve reset, reinstalled several times and it’s CRAP. I’ve called customer service, written to them, you get canned responses but NO ONE ever responds to help. They’ll sell you anything, but not stand behind the product
