My Wyze cam pan won’t connect to my iPhone 11. Brand new cam out of the box and my camera isn’t registering … I’ve tried many angles and reset all devices including WiFi
Sounds like the “scanning” is the issue here, so this would not help with that, but regardless, have you made sure you’re phone is connected to your 2.4 GHz network (most default to 5 GHz these days if available)?

You can also submit a request from within the Wyze app by going to Account > Help & Feedback > Report an Issue. The latter method will allow you to include an app log for diagnosis.
