I recently upgraded to iPhone 12 and now only get the wyze green screen. I have an older iPad and that one logs in just fine. Is anyone else having this issue?
Welcome Susan. Not sure if this will help but try turning Private Address off on your iPhone:
Go to iOS Settings on your phone > Wi-Fi > tap 
to the right of your Wi-Fi network’s SSID > toggle “Private Address” off:
