Assumptions:
Use has an active authenticated session
Expected behavior:
Given I do NOT have the Wyze app running
When I select a camera via a Wyze iOS widget
Then The wyze app is launched
And I am taken to the view of the camera I selected
Actual behavior:
Given I do NOT have the Wyze app running
When I select a camera via a Wyze iOS widget
Then The wyze app is launched
And I am left at the Home Screen
***note if you have the app running in the background then the widgets work as expected. This is only for when the app is not already launched.
I can’t fix this for you as I’m not a Wyze employee. I just volunteer to help moderate this forum. If you haven’t already done so, run your scenario to the point where you are left at the home screen, submit a dev log and post your Log ID in this thread. That will definitely get the attention and debug data to the developers, but you most likely will not receive a status or response from them.
