I am experiencing an issue with iOS 14.2 and the latest beta software and beta firmware.
I have paid for an annual subscription to cam plus and have assigned the licence to the camera at the front of my house.
The issue I am having is that the complete motion record only displays a 2s video, I can download the video to my phone and it is still a 2s video although in the events window the video shows more than 12s but will not play the full video.
I have tried on my partners phone with iOS 14.0 who is using the same log in as me and the video plays the complete video.
I would upload a screen recording but being a new user to the forum I cannot upload it.
Hopefully someone can shed some light on this issue?
