Is there any way to arm individual cameras instead of having to arm them all at the same time?

If I understand what you want correctly, it is easily doable . Go to app, click on the ‘hamburger menu’ (the 3 dots in the upper right corner of home screen), click on edit shortcuts, click on create shortcut, click on actions, click on new action, pick your device and choose from the options. You can also name and automate your shortcuts from the first ‘create shortcuts’ menu.
