I have two Wyze Cam Pans. I intend to mount both of them, but the mounting base screw hole is different sizes between the two. One of them has successfully accepted five different tripods and wall/ceiling mounts. The other will not accept any of them.
Have any others here experienced this issue? TIA.
If the threads on the one camera are truly not the standard 1/4-20 as the other, then it sounds like a probably manufacturing defect. You should probably start a support request for this. Click the Support link, top right, then scroll down to “Email Us”.
I too would be curious to see a photo of this one.
