I just tried the original link for 4.61.01, and it worked for me: https://download.wyzecam.com/firmware/rtsp/demo_v3_RTSP_4.61.0.1.zip The current version is 4.61.0.3, but maybe if you install .0.1 it will upgrade itself afterward.
