I have had the pan tilt for about a month now and it has worked great till the last few days. I plug in the cam it starts up and works fine then after a few minutes it makes clicking sounds and/or spins around. After that I can not connect to it and it stops recording to the card until I unplug and plug it back in. I updated the software and it still doing the same thing.
Might be defective. You will need to file a support ticket (preferably from within the app) for this to be addressed by Wyze. Support wait times are still pretty long, I hear, so be patient.
