I have 27 cameras and 27 Cam Plus licenses. 2 licenses will not connect to any camera, it tells me that the: THE DEVICE LICENSE IN TGE SERVICE IS INSUFFICIENT ?
I have heard about something weird like this in a few rare cases. I strongly recommend reaching out to support on this particular issue so they can look into it:
